The situation
The website existed on medicalspaczech.cz. Slow, overloaded with unnecessary plugins, unoptimised. The client also needed a rename — new domain, new name, with all SEO history preserved.
What we did
A performance audit showed the usual problems with unmaintained WordPress sites: uncached pages, bloated script loading, large uncompressed images, hosting without CDN.
We worked through and fixed each issue systematically. Added CDN, moved to a better-performing hosting solution, configured proper caching, and optimised images. The migration to czechspatravel.com was done with correct 301 redirects to preserve search rankings.
What was built
A significantly faster website on a new domain — CDN in place, hosting optimised, images compressed. Google PageSpeed went from 60 to 90 on mobile and from 80 to 93 on desktop. The migration from medicalspaczech.cz to czechspatravel.com was done with correct 301 redirects, preserving all search rankings.
